Hillandale Village

Roleystone does have a retirement village which provides retirement accomodation with independant living. It is run by Amana Homes (previously known as Anglicare).

Hillandale Village comprises 36 one storey retirement units. Hillandale Village is a mixture of one bedroom subsidised units and a Homewest Joint Venture. There are also 14 two bedroom resident funded units.

Robin Road Seniors Housing

The old primary school site was sold to a private developer who is developing the site for Seniors housing.

City of Armadale Library offers home delivery service

A home delivery service is available to residents who are unable to access library services due to an ongoing illness or disability. Staff use information provided by the reader to select library items. Items are delivered to their homes on a fortnightly basis.
